RAVEN OF THE WEEK is an ongoing project where I share my amateur footage of ravens in flight in and around Hollywood. Set to music and sometimes augmented with production choices to underscore the beauty of their aeronautical displays, ROTW is meant to spread the happiness these birds bring me.

THINK TANK is the acclaimed web series created by Haynes Brooke and Timothy Hornor, produced and edited by Haynes Brooke.

More can be found about this unusual series at www.thinktankseries.com or on the youtube channel or on the THINK TANK facebook page.

The SAN FERNANDO VALLEY LIFE STUDIES INSTITUTE is a long-running fictional creation which has been the basis for four full-length plays produced at such Los Angeles companies as The Actors' Gang, The Sacred Fools, and the Eclectic Company Theatre.

The SFVLSI also served as the framework for what's been called "one of the best underground web series ever made," the Dynamic Change Series.

A filmmaker and editor, Haynes was the co-creator with Ken Palmer of the short film LUI-400 which played at the Sundance Film Festival.

He is the writer and producer of the festival favorite short comedy Gunshy, directed by Mike Bell, starring Elizabeth Dement and Timothy Hornor.

As a playwright, Haynes has had full length plays produced in Atlanta, Seattle and Los Angeles, including the hit play Progressive Chain Bowling, produced at Tim Robbins' Actors' Gang theater, which reviewer Jenelle Riley called "some of the best LA theater I have ever seen," and Godfather Death, produced at the Sacred Fools and nominated for a Garland Award for playwriting.  As a screenwriter, Haynes was the winner of the inaugural McFarland Writing Fellowship, has taught and mentored young writers in the Act One: Writing For Hollywood program and has a number of feature scripts in various stages of development.
